Welcome To Kid Central!

The Kid Central Children's Ministry exists to partner with parents to know, love and follow Jesus Christ. Creative programs and events are designed to teach kids the Bible and what it says about loving God and loving others. Cool games, high energy music and awesome Christian leaders are all part of Kid Central. It is our goal to help children develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ while having a blast in a safe and Christian environment.


But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believed. You know those who taught you, and you know that from childhood you have known the sacred Scriptures, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. "All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."  2 Timothy 3: 14 - 17 (NHSB)

Sunday Morning

  9:30 A.M.    Worship Service in the Worship Center
                     Children's Message:  During the service, kids are invited to come to the front
                     of the sanctuary where the focus is on a special mini message for them.
                     Everyone gets to listen in during this special kid's time.

                 
  11:00 A.M.   Bible Study for All Children (Nursery - 5th Grade) in the Children's Center

Nursery

The Nursery Ministry at Kid Central is a safe and loving environment.  Infants (9 weeks) through Pre-K are taught about God's love through music, crafts and Bible stories by loving Christian teachers. Children enjoy small group classes as well as a large group in God's Garden each Sunday.  Puppets often visit the children and rides in the Bye Bye Buggy are loved by all. 

Partnering with parents, in the early years of a child's life, to introduce him/her to our loving Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, is our goal.

The nursery is open on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings as well as other special times for children of parents attending activities at Central. 
We have a "no drop-off" policy in the nursery.

Sunday Evening

5:00 P.M. in the Children's Center (during the school year)

Children's Bible Drill is for 4th - 6th grade boys & girls during the school year. The kids have fun learning the books of the Bible, how to use their Bible, and memorizing scripture. They also have an opportunity to take part in competitive Bible drills.

Wednesday Evening

Our vision is to provide a safe and loving environment where all children experience God's love and are taught about Jesus and how they can honor Him with their lives.  Check out what's happening at Kid Central on Wednesday evenings.

 


CHILDREN'S CHOIR @ 5: 15 pm during the School Year
Kids in grades 1 - 5 have a blast transforming the VBS music into a live musical
which they present each Spring.  A Children's Christmas Musical
is always a possibility. They also are asked to sing
during Sunday morning worship on special occasions..

PRESCHOOL CHOIR @ 5: 15 pm during the School Year
Kids, ages 4 and Kinder meet in the Children's Building. 




6:00 P.M. During the School Year

Bible Buddies is for our 3 year olds - 2nd graders.

Kids will have fun learning Bible stories with lots of hands-on, age-appropriate learning activities.

G.A.'s is a ministry for girls in 3rd - 5th grade.  G.A.'s helps girls begin to develop spiritually towards a missions lifestyle as they learn what God is doing in the world and discover their place in God's plan.  They meet in the Children's Building.


A.I.M. (Ambassadors in Ministry) is a ministry for boys in 3rd - 5th grade.  A.I.M. guides boys in becoming Godly men and leaders through games, interactive Bible and mission stories, projects and adventure camping trips.  A.I.M. deals with real life issues that affect boys as they mature to help them navigate life and honor God!  A.I.M. meets in the Family Center.

6:00 P.M. during the Summer

Backyard Bible Study

Kids who have completed 1st - 5th grade will make friends and have fun while studying
God's Word. There are different, fun activities each week.  Meet in the Family Center.

Mini Backyard Bible Study
Kids who are 3 years old thru entering Kinder will have fun with Bible-based learning, crafts, wacky activities, and making friends.  They meet in the Children's Center.
